The leading Danish IT infrastructure provider Danoffice IT has successfully acquired Businessmann A/S, who is a seasoned Danish IT consultancy firm. The acquisition marks a pivotal step in Danoffice IT's ongoing strategy to enhance its global footprint in IT infrastructure.

Earlier this year, Danoffice IT had indicated its plans for expansion through acquisitions in Denmark and internationally, following its expansion into the Indian and Chinese markets. The acquisition of Businessmann A/S, a company with a 30-year legacy in the IT consultancy sector and specializing in AI solutions, is thus a strategic addition to Danoffice IT's robust portfolio.

The integration process will culminate before the 2024 summer break, with all Businessmann employees relocating to Danoffice IT’s offices in Ballerup, Denmark.
